Spikes generally run small so it's
recommended you purchase a half-size larger than your shoe
size. Spikes come in three different versions: Sprint
Spikes - that have no heel. Good for 55m - 400m
events. Middle Distance Spikes - that have a small
heel. Good for 600m - 800m events. Distance Spikes -
that have a larger heel. Good for events like the 1000m, 1 Mile and 2 Mile
events.
