Victoria Svenson and Ocean Eversley (both UMass Amherst Students) are appreciative that we had the opportunity to interview several of the High School Boys Commerce track athletes, the Head Coach (Larry Libow), and the Girls Coach for our Community Journalism Project. We hope we were able to capture some of the challenges you all overcome while still being a high-achieving track team. Thanks to Larry Libow's outstanding coach ethics, expertise, support and guidance, and the track athletes determination to be academically and athletically successful, they are indeed great examples of how teamwork and camaraderie are the perfect combinations of success.
